I have a love of nature and natural healing, and found myself drawn to reflexology and holistic energy therapies when I was undergoing treatment for Breast Cancer.   Nature is a wonderful teacher and being in the natural environment is very beneficial to our health and well being.   It shows us how to be at peace and helps us to relax.  Remind yourself how much better you feel when you are near the sea or in the countryside.  The energy you feel in these places can help rebalance your body and give a sense of well being.  The therapies I work with also rebalance the body by helping energy (Qi) flow freely so you feel relaxed and re energised.

I trained with the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology in East Grinstead, learning the original Eunice Ingham method, qualifying as a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).  I have also undertaken further training for Facial Reflexology, Baby and Child reflexology (Instructors course), Sally Kay's Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Chi Medics Post Recovery and Release Points.

I was introduced to the wonderfully calming Gentle Release Therapy in 2020 along with the incredible EnerQi Facial Rejuvenation modality which has proved to be increasingly popular with my clients who see themselves looking brighter and refreshed after each treatment.
